1-1 Pilates 

 

 

During your initial session we will discuss your aims and any areas of concern or weakness and draw up a programme tailored to your needs.  If you wish to work 1-1 on an on-going basis we will gradually progress and vary your exercises in order to achieve your objectives.  Depending on your requirements, we may use the larger equipment and Pilates props.

 

Why do a 1-1 session?

 

  • You’ve been referred by a medical practitioner for re-rehabilitation or introduction to Pilates

  • You want individual attention and a tailored programme for desired results

  • You have been injured, are returning to fitness and require 1-1 supervision before joining a group class

  • 1-1 sessions are more convenient for your lifestyle and schedule or you simply prefer individual tuition

  • You wish to join a group class and want to be familiar with good technique and fundamentals.  Or, maybe you are returning to Pilates after a break and need reminding of the fundamentals

  • You want a new Pilates challenge and wish to work out on the large equipment

 

1-1 sessions last 55 minutes and cost £40.  Please go to the Timetable and Fees tab for the schedule.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
